I used my SafeDip last week, today I tried to use it and I cannot get it to turn on.

There are a few common problems that will cause your SafeDip to not power on.

First, Check the batteries and ensure you have good batteries. If the batteries are old, replace them with new AA batteries.

Second, if you changed the batteries before it stopped working pull the batteries out and ensure they are facing the correct way.
